WRONG PHILOSOPHY (Episode 6): “LOVE IS ENOUGH TO MAKE A RELATIONSHIP WORK”

Many people believe that once you fall in love, everything else will magically fall into place. But let me be honest with you, love alone is not enough to keep a relationship going. It might sound sweet and romantic, but reality is different.

The problem is not with love itself, but how we understand it. If you see love only as strong "butterflies in the stomach" , then you’ll likely get it wrong. Emotions change. Sometimes you feel them, sometimes you don’t. But if you understand love as commitment, aha, then you’re closer to the truth. Real love is not just a feeling; it's a decision, an action bundle in one word "commitment".

I’ve seen couples who truly love each other, but they still can’t live together in peace. Why? Because they lack other important things like communication, patience, understanding, and trust. On the other hand, I’ve also seen young people in relationships where there's little or no real love, but they still stay together for reasons only God knows. Lolz..

The point is, healthy and lasting relationship needs more than just love. It needs wisdom, effort from both sides, honesty, forgiveness, and the ability to talk things through.

The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 24:3, “By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established.” That means love alone won’t build a home; you need wisdom and understanding too.

So please, don’t enter a relationship thinking love will solve every problem. It's just a fantasy, so it won’t. Love is the foundation, but the building itself needs many more materials.
