Amidst the joyous sounds of spring,
A story of love and sacrifice we sing,
Of a savior who gave his life for all,
To redeem us from sin's enthrall.
On Easter morn, the stone was rolled away,
As the sun rose to herald a new day,
And the tomb stood empty, our Lord had risen,
To bring hope to a world that had been imprisoned.
For Christ's love knows no bounds,
As he bore our sins and wounds,
And through his death, we found new life,
Free from the shackles of pain and strife.
Oh, how great is the love of our Savior,
Who suffered and died for our behavior,
To bring us closer to God above,
And fill our hearts with everlasting love.
So let us celebrate this Easter day,
With hearts full of gratitude and praise,
For the love of Christ that knows no end,
And the hope that he freely extends.
A story of love and sacrifice we sing,
Of a savior who gave his life for all,
To redeem us from sin's enthrall.
As the sun rose to herald a new day,
And the tomb stood empty, our Lord had risen,
To bring hope to a world that had been imprisoned.
As he bore our sins and wounds,
And through his death, we found new life,
Free from the shackles of pain and strife.
Who suffered and died for our behavior,
To bring us closer to God above,
And fill our hearts with everlasting love.
With hearts full of gratitude and praise,
For the love of Christ that knows no end,
And the hope that he freely extends.
